Secure checkout
All payments are processed over an encrypted, secure connection (HTTPS). Your payment details are handled by trusted, PCI-compliant payment providers — CGI GROUP does not store your full card details on its servers.
Payment authorization
When you place an order, your payment is authorized by your bank or payment provider. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorized.
Currency
All prices on our website are shown and charged in euros (EUR €). If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate.
Payment confirmation
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Failed payments
If a payment is declined, no order is placed and you will not be charged. This is usually resolved by checking your card details or trying another payment method. If problems persist, contact your bank or our team.
