How can I place an order?
Browse our collections, add the items you’d like to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. You can order as a guest or create an account for faster checkout next time.
Can I change my order?
If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If it hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update it.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. You can cancel before dispatch by contacting us, and you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Payment
Which payment methods are accepted?
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. We only display options that are active and available for your order.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed over an encrypted connection by trusted, PCI-compliant providers. We don’t store your full card details. See our Payments page.
In which currency am I charged?
All prices are shown and charged in euros (EUR €). Your bank may apply its own conversion if your card is in another currency.

Where do you ship?
We ship across the European Union, with a structure built to serve international customers as we grow. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Where tracking is available, a tracking link is included in your dispatch confirmation email.
When will my order arrive?

Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Items should be returned unused and in original condition where possible.
How do I request a return?
Email contact@cgicorporate.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return, and we’ll send you the return address and steps.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund to the original payment method without undue delay, within the timeframe required by EU law.

How do I care for my product?
Care guidance is listed on each product page under Product details. Most of our organizers simply need wiping with a damp cloth.
Where can I find measurements?
Every product page lists dimensions under Product details, so you can check the fit before you buy.
What are your products made of?
Materials are listed on each product page. We choose durable, honest materials such as bamboo, powder-coated steel, and recycled fabrics.

Do I need an account?
No — you can check out as a guest. An account simply makes future orders and tracking easier.
How do I reset my password?
On the account login page, click “Lost your password?” and follow the email instructions to set a new one.
